Covered Services
• One 30-minute attorney telephone consultation.
• Revocable Living Trust (RLT): Standard California revocable living trust designed for probate avoidance, prepared using BL’s approved templates.
• Certificate of Trust: Abbreviated trust document suitable for use with financial institutions and third parties.
• Pour-over Will(s): Simple will(s) directing remaining probatable assets into the trust.
• Durable Financial Power(s) of Attorney: California statutory durable powers of attorney for financial management.
• Advance Health Care Directive: California statutory form, including HIPAA authorization.
• One California Quitclaim Deed: Transfer of Member’s primary residence or other California real property into the trust. Filing fee not included.
• Assignment of Personal Property: Standard form assigning household goods, furnishings, jewelry, and other tangible personal property to the trust.
• One revision prior to notarization: A single round of edits to trust documents before final execution.
• Supervision of execution via One RON notary: Remote Online Notarization session coordinated through BL’s approved platform.
• Settlement Services (limited successor trustee guidance): one limited phone call or email consultation with the Successor Trustee on file.

Discounted Services
​Additional California Quitclaim Deeds: $100 Preparation fee per deed, plus e-recording fee. Covers transfers of additional CA properties into the trust. Tenants in Common deeds are $150, plus filing fee..
• Out-of-State Deeds: $100 per deed, filing and recording fees vary by jurisdiction. Certain states (GA, SC, NC, MA, WV) excluded due to local restrictions.
• Affidavits: Preparation of heirship, survivorship, trust existence, death of trustee, or other simple affidavits. $100 each.
• Reverse Mortgage / Co-op Transfer: $100 service fee per transaction, including preparation of required trust certifications.
• Business Interest Transfers: Preparation of assignments for LLC or S-Corp membership interests, $100 each.
• Additional RON Sessions: Only one RON Session included. $50 per additional notarization session, for clients needing multiple signing events.
• Deed Retrieval: $30 per search via DataTree; $100+ if an abstractor is required for county-level searches.
• Probate Services: Assistance with summary probate, small estate affidavits, or basic probate filings (non-contested). $3000 of 3% of probatable estate, which ever is greater.
• Hourly Legal Services: Attorney, paralegal, and assistant rates available to Members at discounted hourly pricing. Fee posted on website.
